Feeling Overwhelmed?

Overwhelmed? Understandable.
Demands for our time, focus, and energy are constantly increasing, and it's easy to get pulled beneath the waves. Wanna know some of the culprits keeping you under?
🚫Hyperfocus on doing every task perfectly
🚫Shaming yourself for not doing the task sooner / better
🚫Questioning what's wrong with yourself for not being able to get started on things that need to get done
🚫Believing you're the only one struggling to get things done
These are thought traps that make already-difficult tasks even harder because they add an additional layer of pain, fear, and self-doubt.
Today, give yourself permission to acknowledge that a task is hard, without any shame or judgment. Take off those layers of toxic self-talk and see if the tasks feel (at least slightly) more approachable. Things don't have to be perfect, you don't have to do it all, and you are enough.
