My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from California State University Fullerton in 2010 and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University in 2013. I currently have two active mental health licenses: an LMHC in Washington state and an LPC in Missouri.
As part of a military family, I have had the opportunity to work with clients across four states: Texas, Virginia, Washington and Hawai'i. Each state has brought me new insights and opportunities. I have worked in client's homes, in outpatient facilities, in an adolescent inpatient facility, with at-risk youth, with adults struggling to balance life's many obstacles, and with Military Members and their families. In each capacity I have worked, I have learned something new about myself, about the communities I serve, and about the world.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, Anxiety, Depression, self-esteem issues, intersectionality, and social and romantic relationship disturbances.
