My outdoor therapy intensives are designed for individuals who need more than a 50-minute hour to find their footing.

The demands of daily life often lead us to feel disconnected from ourselves, others, nature, and even our our spiritual paths, and that isolation can leave us feeling broken. My mission is to show you that, not only are you not broken, but you are not alone.
I believe everyone has a story that defines them, and sometimes, those stories get buried under the "buzz" of a multitasking life. I created outdoor therapy intensives to give you the time to finally dig beneath the din of life's demands and the space to finally be heard.
