Insurance and Fees

Generally, insurance companies do not cover or reimburse for Intensive services, though they may sometimes consider them "acceptable charges" on HSA cards. I am more than willing to send you a Superbill after our time together if you would like to send it to your insurance company.

 

I have multiple payment schedules available, and also accept Affirm and Care Credit.
